Free shipping offers do NOT apply to European or international orders.
Can I track my package?
To track your order, look for the tracking link in the “order completed” mail you receive once we have processed your order. You can also log-in to your account, view your order and get the tracking code from there.
Netherlands | Tracking is currently not available for small accessories and sunglasses.
Europe | Tracking is available in selected countries.
International | Tracking is available in selected countries.
International shipping: You will receive a 3S code, once you used this code, look for Customer reference: there you will find a different code. Copy this number and use this number for local tracking. eg: USPS tracking, Canadian post etc.
How long before my order arrives?
Netherlands | Packages should arrive within 3 working days
Europe | Varies, it should take 3 to 5 working days
International | Varies, it can take up to 10 working days
Shipping times are an indication. Times may vary.
My order says it’s completed. What does that mean?
Once you receive an email with your order has been completed, it means that we have packed your order and it’s been sent, or will be send out the next working day.
I still haven’t received an order complete mail, what’s up?
We usually ship your order the next day. but it may sometimes occur that we are waiting on new stock or that we are still processing your order. If this is the case and you still haven’t received an update of your order than you can always email us and ask us what the deal is.
