Yes. No questions asked, we take returns but the return costs are at you own expense. When you want to return an item we’ll refund the full amount to the account you’ve paid with. Please contact us before you send us anything back.

How long do I have before I can return my order?

You have 7 working days, it is called a “cool down” period. You have to let us know within these 7 days of receiving the order that you want to return your order. If you contact us after those 7 days than we cannot take your order back nor give you a refund.

When will I get my refund?

You will get your refund as soon as we receive the order back. The products need to be in good shape (eg: No scratches on the lenses, no damages to the frame, item has to be straight and not bend. Product should not be worn, other than to try them out) otherwise we won’t be able to refund your money.
