Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, contact email@example.com with your name and order number. A full refund will be issued if the order has not yet been shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. No questions asked, we take returns but the return costs are at you own expense. When you want to return an item we’ll refund the full amount to the account you’ve paid with. Please contact us before you send us anything back.
How long do I have before I can return my order?
You have 14 working days, it is called a “cool down” period. You have to let us know within these 14 days of receiving the order that you want to return your order. If you contact us after those 14 days than we cannot take your order back nor give you a refund.

When will I get my refund?
You will get your refund as soon as we receive the order back. The products need to be in good shape (eg: No scratches on the lenses, no damages to the frame, item has to be straight and not bend. Product should not be worn, other than to try them out) otherwise we won’t be able to refund your money.
If you are unsure whether the size will fit you, please take a look at the dimensions and compare these dimensions with any other brand of sunglasses you might have.
